The China Hoisting Machinery Museum is located in Changyuan City, Henan Province. It is the world's first professional museum dedicated to hoisting machinery, under the guidance of the Specialized Administration Bureau of the State Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. It was jointly established by the China Hoisting Machinery Association, the North Institute, the Henan Special Inspection Institute, and the Henan Mine Joint Construction. The building area is 7,600 square meters. Currently, the actual exhibition area is 3,000 square meters. It officially opened on April 25, 2024.

The China Hoisting Machinery Museum comprehensively covers the nearly 5,000-year development history of hoisting machinery. It is based on the historical materials of hoisting machinery and remembers the significant role that hoisting machinery played throughout the industrial history process. It reflects its profound historical cultural connotation and the inheritance of industrial craftsmanship spirit, depicting the historical process of the technological changes and lineage transmission of hoisting machinery.
