Product Introduction
The Double-Trolley Insulated Bridge Crane is a specialized overhead lifting solution manufactured by Henan Mine, engineered for non-ferrous metal smelting environments such as electrolytic aluminum, magnesium, lead, and zinc potrooms. This crane features two independent trolleys operating on a robust double-girder bridge structure, with comprehensive insulation devices installed at key nodes including the hook, trolley, and crane travel mechanisms to prevent electrical current from electrolytic cells from conducting through the crane to the operator. The crane is designed to operate safely in harsh conditions containing HF corrosive gas, alumina powder, fluoride salts, carbon dust, asphalt smoke, and strong magnetic fields, while supporting dual-trolley independent or synchronous operation for tasks such as crust breaking, anode replacement, alumina feeding, and molten metal tapping.
The insulated hook bridge crane is a special lifting equipment specially designed for strong current, high-temperature and corrosive environments . By setting up multiple insulation devices at key parts, it prevents current conduction from endangering the safety of personnel and equipment.

Application
Designed for high-current, high-temperature and corrosive environments, it prevents current conduction through multi-layer insulation devices at key parts. Widely used in electrolytic aluminum and metallurgy industries for handling and maintenance of electrolytic cells, anodes and large metallurgical equipment, ensuring personnel and equipment safety.
Core Applications – Double-Trolley Insulated Bridge Crane
1.Electrolytic Aluminum Smelting – Performs crust breaking, anode replacement, and molten aluminum tapping in potrooms while dual trolleys work independently or synchronously, with insulation preventing current conduction from electrolytic cells.
2.Non-Ferrous Metal Smelting (Magnesium, Lead, Zinc) – Handles electrode replacement and molten metal transport in magnesium, lead, and zinc smelting facilities containing HF gas, fluoride salts, and strong magnetic fields.
3.Heavy-Duty Electrolysis Workshops – Two trolleys work together to lift extra-long electrolytic components or operate separately for simultaneous material handling at multiple workstations.
4.High-Risk Electrical Environments – Provides triple insulation safety barrier for operators and equipment in any industrial setting with electrical hazards, stray currents, or static electricity concerns.
Features
1
The dual trolley control adopts advanced technologies such as encoders and CI card frequency converters. The dual trolleys can be used independently or in combination
2
Insulating pads are installed between the lifting mechanisms, and insulating sleeves and insulating plates are used at the connection points to form a dual protection of "mechanical connection + electrical isolation", ensuring that there is no leakage current between the machine body and the live parts in a high-voltage environment
3
Equipped with a high-precision drive system and speed regulation device, the lifting, running and other actions can achieve smooth speed regulation. When hoisting heavy objects, it can precisely control the speed and position, reduce impact and shaking, and avoid damage to surrounding equipment
