Product Introduction
Grab overhead crane primarily consists of a box-girder bridge frame, a grab trolley, a bridge traveling mechanism, an operator's cabin, and an electrical control system. Its load-handling device is a grab designed to grasp bulk materials. The QZ type grab bridge crane uses a four-rope grab as a dedicated lifting gear to handle bulk materials such as ores, lime, raw coal, sand, coke, cement, and slag. This vehicle model features mature and reliable technology, flexible configuration, fast working speed, high efficiency, and good scalability. It is suitable for use in warehouses, material yards, workshops and other places.
The grab bridge crane features both an opening/closing mechanism and a hoisting mechanism; the grab is suspended by four steel wire ropes, which are distributed between these two mechanisms. The opening/closing mechanism drives the grab to close and grasp the material; once the grab jaws are fully closed, the hoisting mechanism is immediately activated to ensure the load is evenly distributed across the four steel ropes during the lifting operation. To discharge the load, only the opening/closing mechanism is activated, causing the grab jaws to open and release the material. With the exception of the hoisting mechanism, the structural components of the grab bridge crane are fundamentally identical to those of a hook bridge crane.
