The New Type of Electric Hoist Semi-Gantry Crane is an advanced, space-saving lifting solution manufactured by Henan Mine, developed with lightweight, modular, and parametric design principles using a new type low-headroom electric hoist (NR mode) as the hoisting mechanism . This semi-gantry crane features one rigid leg running on a ground rail while the opposite side is suspended from an existing building overhead rail, making it ideal for workshops, warehouses, power stations, and other locations where a full bridge crane is not suitable or floor space is limited .
The crane offers lifting capacities from 1 to 20 tons, spans from 3 to 30 meters, lifting heights from 3 to 30 meters, working duty class A5, with full variable frequency speed regulation for stable operation and low-noise, energy-efficient performance . It supports multiple control options including ground pendant, wireless remote control, and cabin operation, with intelligent features such as inching movement for precise positioning, dead slow function, zero-speed hover to prevent slip hook, electronic anti-sway reducing load swing up to 95%, regional load limit, multi-hook coordination, and wireless expansion for full lifecycle management via industrial internet platform .
