The New Type Electric Single-Girder Suspended Crane is an advanced overhead lifting solution manufactured by Henan Mine (Model: LX-NEW). This crane is specifically designed as a space-optimized, lightweight material handling system for facilities where floor space is at a premium or building structures cannot support traditional floor-mounted cranes .
Unlike conventional top-running cranes that operate on rails mounted on top of runway beams, the suspended (underslung) configuration features the crane running on the bottom flange of I-beam tracks that are suspended directly from the ceiling or roof structure . This unique design eliminates the need for floor-mounted support columns, freeing up valuable workspace below and maximizing floor utilization .
The crane consists of a single I-beam or box-section main girder, end carriages with suspension devices, an electric hoist (typically CD1/MD1 wire rope type), and an integrated electrical control system . The electric hoist travels along the lower flange of the main beam's I-beam to complete lifting operations, featuring a dexterous structure that is easy to install and maintain
