The Upper Rotating Electromagnetic Hanging Beam Bridge Crane is a specialized overhead lifting solution manufactured by Henan Mine, featuring a hanging beam mounted above the main girder that can rotate horizontally up to 270°, enabling multi-angle material handling for complex steel plate, section steel, coil, and billet lifting tasks . This crane consists of a box-shaped bridge frame, cart running mechanism, upper and lower trolleys, electromagnetic hanging beam, electrical equipment, and optional rainproof gear for outdoor use, with the upper trolley driving beam rotation while the lower trolley enables lateral movement .

The hanging beam features electric telescopic adjustment for varying material lengths and stepless magnetic force control, allowing operators to handle different steel specifications efficiently without changing lifting attachments . The linkage console is equipped with a PLC module and a human-machine interface touch screen, and is fitted with a WLK type master command controller, which can control lifting, running and rotating. The touch is clear, the gear positions are distinct, and it is equipped with a zero position self-resetting and locking device.

The suction and release actions of the electromagnet are controlled by the on-off of the current, with a response time of only 0.5 to 1 second. During the transfer of steel billets, 80 to 100 grasping cycles can be completed per hour, significantly enhancing the efficiency of continuous operations.

Through advanced frequency conversion control technology, the overall machine has a low failure rate, fast running speed and high lifting efficiency. Electrical anti-sway predicts the swing trajectory of the lifting gear through algorithms, adjusts the motor speed in reverse, keeps the swing amplitude within 5°, and improves the positioning accuracy.
