QP model overhead crane is composed with girder frame, crane travelling device, and Two individual trolley with electromagnet and grab separately. The crane is equipped with grab and electromagnet which makes the works more efficiency and makes the crane usage more widely in customer’s working site.

The prototype is a general-purpose bridge crane with double main beams, single trolley, and main and auxiliary lifting. The main beam and end beam are both box structures, while the trolley frame is of plate welded structure. The main hoisting mechanism is a double-winch structure. Each winch mechanism is composed of one motor, one reducer and one brake. The two identical winch mechanisms respectively control the support rope and the opening and closing rope of the grab. The auxiliary lifting mechanism consists of one motor, one reducer and two brakes.

The lifting gear is a hook with an electromagnetic suction cup hanging under it. One set of trolley running mechanism and two sets of trolley running mechanism, both composed of motors, reducers and brakes. The lifting device consists of a grab bucket and an electromagnetic suction cup. Driver's cab and remote control operation.

Safety protection system:
1. Overload protection in the event of overload, the hoist unit switches off and only the lowering motion is possible
2. Long and cross travel limited by means of preliminary and final limit switches or Wireless anti-collision device
3. Anti-falling protection for the Three-in-One electric motor of trolley and crane prevents from accidental falling
4. All movements can be switched off by actuating the emergency-off switch at the control station via a main contact
