QY model insulated overhead crane is composed with girder frame, crane travelling device, traveling trolley, special lifting device and electrical control box. Insulated overhead cranes are specialized lifting devices designed specifically for environments characterized by strong currents, high temperatures, high humidity, and dust—such as those found in the smelting of non-ferrous metals (including aluminum, magnesium, lead, and zinc) and in nuclear power plants. Their core function is to utilize a multi-stage insulation structure to prevent electrical currents from forming a closed circuit through the crane body when hoisting conductive materials (such as molten aluminum), thereby averting short circuits, electric shocks, or equipment damage.
The insulated hook bridge crane is a special lifting equipment specially designed for strong current, high-temperature and corrosive environments . By setting up multiple insulation devices at key parts, it prevents current conduction from endangering the safety of personnel and equipment.
